On my first visit I thought my Sky Quality Meter was broken since it didn’t produce a reading after many seconds - but when I let it integrate for a minute it produced a reading of 22.00! The sky is so dark you can’t see the ground to walk - but you don’t turn on even a small red light because you don’t want to destroy your vision and the brilliance of the universe you are immersed in.
